The Moore Eye Glaucoma team is led by Dr. Nancy Crawford, who has done specialty training in some of the finest facilities in the world, including Albert Einstein in New York; Moorefields Hospital in London, the first eye hospital in the world; and Yale University. She has performed over 10,000 ocular surgeries and is a superb surgeon and recently led a team of doctors in Chester County to provide free care to uninsured glaucoma patients.
The glaucoma team utilizes the latest technological advances in glaucoma in providing care. These include:
- Optic Coherent Tomography
- Ultrasound to carefully measuring the angles of the eye
- The advanced SLT laser system
